What do I need to use Printables?

An iPad running iPadOS 18 or later. Apple Pencil is recommended for precise coloring, though finger painting works too.

How do I import a drawing?

Tap “Import” and pick a PDF, photo or image. The app automatically converts it into clean line art ready to color. You can also start from a template or a puzzle.

How does sync work?

Your pages and drawings are stored in your private iCloud Drive and appear automatically on your other iPads signed in with the same Apple Account. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings.

I don't see my drawings on another iPad

Check that both devices use the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive enabled and have an internet connection. The first sync can take a few minutes.

How do I generate AI art?

Use “Generate with AI” and describe what you want. The feature uses Apple's Image Playground and requires a device that supports Apple Intelligence.

How do I delete my data?

Delete pages individually from the library, or remove the app to clear local data. To also delete the iCloud copy, go to Settings › Apple Account › iCloud › Manage Storage.

Do you collect any of my data?

No. There are no accounts, ads or analytics. See the privacy policy.
